Hi Christina
depending on what you are after you might want to look at Tumblr,
which you can set up yourself and is pretty straight forward for you

Probably intersects with aspects of the above, but there is also
things like roles - either on the site (various types of access,
permissions or membership), as well as roles in the world, i.e I if
the site represents a membership based organisation I might be an
associate member of an organisation

Dear List
I am doing some research on the different strategies companies are
using to iterate the design of online services after they have been
released - in beta or otherwise. Specifically how are they taking
feedback from users (in use) to inform those iterations and changes
to design.

And in case its of interest to others I note that this conversation is
continuing on the Phd Design List where Leonardo also posted the
question. e.g

ironically I managed to break the list trying to post a longish
response to this thread - perhaps reflecting the complexities of the
question?!
so I posted it here instead.

I agree that Diaries can be useful pre and post launch. For early
research into use contexts I have used what we called Mobile Diaries
which combine mobile phones and blogs to allow people to moblog in
situ as well as correspond online later and reflect. (The emphasis

Hi Hans
I am not sure exactly what position you are wanting to take based on
this question, but I thought it was worth asking the following: even
if there is only one person who will operate the system, (i.e the
nurse), are there not also others that are stakeholders in the system
too? If I unders
Hi Juan
What is it that you aim to test? While I personally haven't used any
of the three tools you list here so can't comment on them
specifically, I can say that having a fixed device limits you from
testing anything to do with being "mobile". Best practice
approaches to mobile usability really
I use them regularly, not so much to actually take and use the
specific activity that is on the card, but almost as a brainstorm
exercise to begin thinking about approaching codesign or
collaboration aspects of a project.
