Am I just retarded or is the canvases window in the new OmniGraffle
really confusing? The icons next to each layer only tell you which
ones are NOT active, not the ones that are (i.e., visible icons
indicate a negative, not a positive). And when you mouse over, a bunch
of icons come up

B. [ X ] Layer icons are poorly implemented
I completely agree. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to edit a
shared layer the other day because I couldn't make it the active layer (I
was copy/pasting something from another layer).

about 2 minutes. IMHO the trade off in removing clutter is well worth
