i just want to know, is there an official osgeo material for
education, so we can use it to penetrate the osgeo program to the
univs or school
i am glad if it is official
there is osgeo.net that arnulf showed to me last year. any progress?

Ah, if you could describe more the features you're looking for in the
system I think it would help to narrow down the suggestions. Trac could
work but because of it's close ties to svn might not be the best system.
