I agree with Maria.
In my understanding, the Data4All initiative should be self standing
within OSGeo.
My reasons revolve around the idea that open (geo)data extends far
beyond the public sector (data collected and/or produced by national
agencies within monitoring activities) or
The website committee has been dissolved, making this a more self-servce
experience.
All committee chairs (and foundation officers) should now how website edit
access; if we missed anyone please comment on

I would tend to think of GeoForAll/Geo4All/geo4all, osgeo-live, etc... as
"Initiatives" rather than software projects.
