Not necessarily. There are plenty of devices on the market which are not based on Windows CE and still decode WMA. The Ubicom chip inside SB2 is capable of doing just that.

I eventually got everything working. After a little research I found out
that the firmware on the DI-624 was no good. Version 2.53 or above seems
to have broken the WPA in some circumstances. As soon as i down-graded
back to verion 2.50 everything worked fine.

The problem certainly sounds like access security related. I checked
access rights the first time I saw this problem two days ago. I had
checked several times since then. Today, I even went as far as removing
all access rights from c:\program files\SlimServer. And assign EVERYONE
to have FULL CONT

The Server Settings -> Plugins did not even pick up the new Plugins. I
checked files and directories access permission. All seems alright.
