I am looking to get a wired link-up between my pc and my hifi. Both
are in the same room within a few metres of each other and I am happy
controlling the music played from the pc.

Please update your SC - this option has been disabled a few
the fact that it let's you try to sync them is a bug - you can't sync
streaming players only slim ones. The reason is the lack of control -
the server has no way to control whatever buffering winamp is doing.

It's already there: Settings/Advanced/Factorytest/IR is remote emulation. Not
very user friendly, but it does work.

Finally the mystery has been solved! There was a shortcut in one of the

Another tips for you, Vmissel:
You can connect to your box (PC etc) via VNC viewer on N800 )you must
have a VNC Server running in your box). Setup is very easy. Then you

is there a remote controller thta would have the same core functins as
the original SB3 remote? One which would work for set up (left arrow,

remote that works before SC or SN are encountered.
