First, do questions about squeezeslave go in this forum?
Anyway, my problem is that squeezeslave will submit its listening now
info to last.fm (it shows on the site), but the tracks aren't submitted
for real. That is, only the currently playing track is showing at any
time, and is replaced when
SoftSqueeze has never been able to synch properly with hardware players
due to differences in software vs hardware playback. I would suggest
giving the new SqueezePlay software a go instead of SoftSqueeze.
However, I'm also having huge problems with synch between my SB3 and
Controller. Whatever

DLNA/upNp, compliance of Sc means the end of sb/transporter. Some
amp/receiver could display the tags and the integrated dac provide
conversions to the amp.

I have a 128K subscription and while listening on my SB it stopped and
said Trial Expired... I went to Squeezecenter and it shows that it is
playing but that it had been stopped?I can access from my laptop with
NO such message?

look like the interface they are used to.
One thing top remember is that SoftSqueeze is no longer developed
Hopefully they develop it from here, it is basically the same lua app
that is running on the controller ? probably with a bunch of relevant
changes to make work on a desktop.
The Desktop skin an full screen skin is a beginning thats probably as
far as you get for free from the controller

This is a classic problem that plagues ALL random mixes.
I have the same problem. With thousands of tracks, it seems to favor 1
or 2 artists.

I also have issues with the random mix. And SC is worse than any other
MP3 player/Ipod etc that I have ever seen. I have had occasion where
it plays 3 tracks off the same album within a run of 10 random songs
(and yes I do have several albums ;)). And it has done this on various

I only know iPeng. It is nice, but I don't understand why the slider
buttons are not bigger, its hard to adjust volume - but this may be a
iPhone issue or my fingers...
I also have problems to select the correct player if they don't fit to
one page...

Several of my radio addresses now only play an ad and then stop on the
squeezebox. They don't continue onto to the live feed. When I play it
in a browser the same ad plays, but then continues on. An example URL

You can. Just resize the window as you would with any other application
window. It actually goes down to a minimum size that looks the same
dimensions as the Controller's

Why not just make it a .wav file?
I have about 1500 Dead concerts that I need to make FLAC since

just setup a batch program to convert them first to .wav and then
instantly convert them to flac.

dBpoweramp will convert directly from shorten to flac. It also has a
batch converter built in. You can choose folders or individual tracks
to convert.

missed it. If you have a lot to convert, just set it up leave it
going overnight.
