Hello pippin,
from my side another realy minor (almost cosmetic) issue, but worth to
change it in 1.1.1 or 1.2.
When you go into the track information and then back again into the
album page you loose your previous position in the collection and start
at the first entry again.

Have you seen photos of Havana, where many of the cars are 50s era

There is a good example closer to home, the empeg in-car music player.
It is ten years since it first appeared on the market. No empegs have
been manufactured for about 7 years. The
100 buck roku video thing is nice if they follow through with the promise of
hd.

Hi,
I'm trying to use an SBR w/o the remote. I've discovered SqueeMote and
iPeng for the iPhone! I've had success with discovering my SBR using
Peter's compiled udap shell and have followed Robin's instructions best
I can but the SBR's button remains yellow. Can anyone take a look at my

You can't vote as such, but it's a start.

I haven't read all the post, but I remember having a similar problem. It
turned out that on my IR remote one solder pad of the LED was broken.
That bad contact caused the Squeezebox not accepting commands from the
remote sometimes.
I opened the remote, resoldered the LED, and I'm happy ever
I'm sure you will notice a difference. The next thing to consider is
getting an external dac and use the SB's digital output. That in my
opinion would be the next step up.

Thanks, I'll try input two again tonight and see if that helps. I did

Thanks for the ideas, from both of you. I'm eager to get this working

Sorry to follow up my own post, but I just wanted to add a couple
things. From what I can tell the SB2/SB3/Classic has an analog output of
6.0Vpp, which translates to 2.1Vrms. The AudioSource Amp-100 input
sensitivity appears to be 775mV, or 1.5Vrms. This means that the
SB2/SB3/Classic has plenty
1) I would like a version of either the Classic or Boom that allows
external speakers.
2) I would like to see a weather resistant version that you could use
outside (either with speakers, like the boom, or a classic with an
amp.)
Who's with me? What else should Logitech produce, and would you

Could you clarify? The Classic has the RCA outs, which many people
already use to connect directly to active speakers, with AudioEngines
being some of the most popular. And I imagine some
Sorry, what I meant was non-powered speakers - the reasons being one
less device (amp), one less thing to power, and volume being integrated
through the Squeezebox. Basically (and its been talked about on this
forum before) - an integrated amp in the thing.
The weather-proof one would be great
this works for me - using putty and softsqueeze as described
