Browsing via music folders is just something that the Squeezebox does if you go to "Music Library" and then "Music Folder". Makes it easier to browse for me as a lot of songs that are tagged on my collection are featuring another artist(s). This makes for a list of 10-20 under one artist featuri

Powering players up and down is implemented. I am a bit at a loss as to screens with unusual aspect ratios. I would love to look into this issue. But I will either need to have the PDA/smartphone here or have a cooperating user to assist me. Looking forward to releasing the new version too :-)

It sounds like it used to be connected to Squeezenetwork instead of Squeezecenter (previously slimserver). The Squeezebox needs to be connected to SOME server to show the clock (or any display). If you never use local files, you should be able to just connect to squeezenetwork, and not worry abo
