Maybe you just haven't tested it long enough. I've been using 7.4 for a long time and Random Mix works fine for me and plays only the selected genres. One thing you have to know is that the unchecked genres are not excluded by the Random Mix. The checked genres are included, but there's no

Load time would vary from several minutes to an hour, I never could predict when it would show up and I was using Squeezenetwork, not my local SC. Got rid of Napster and started using Rhapsody. Selections show up immediately and it streams at 192k. -- ghostrider
