Sounds like something is very wrong. I'd contact support or return it. Why was there no remote from the seller? There are retail demonstration/display SB3's that get sold as used SB3's. These units are not upgradable or usable beyond a basic pre programmed demonstration mode. -- toby10

Under my Switch Library option I am only showing two Squeezebox Servers - my real server (win2k server running the server) and my Infrant NAS which I thought was no longer running the streaming service for Squeezebox Server. There is nothing else there. I checked the NAS - the SB Server option
