You should live in the UK (or anywhere other than the USA Canada), there are no links to any forums on non-US Logitech sites. In order to access them you have to change your location to the US. I've raised this issue with Logitech several times over the last 5 years or so and at one point

Maybe its because I am used to this Forum, but the Logitech Forum is harder to use and has a poor flow to it in my opinion and use. And from the fact that I saw the same question asked three times in the space of 15 posts, it would appear others see it as an open container without compartments

i am running 2 hardware players, and 3 software players (java players). they WILL sync up but they become out of sync and sometimes horribly out of sync while playing a 1 hour playlist. all players are over wireless, with a freshly rebooted server and router. . every setting pasted is the same

Just in case you are not already aware of this, be advised that sync'ing of software players doesn't work very well in general. There are too many latencies related sound card drivers etc that are outside of SBS's control to maintain the sync. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.

Search the board, that is common behaviour. You have to run latest version of the squeezebox server at home, update your server! Each server holds a firmware version, msb.com and SBS. If the versions are different your device will change firmware at each switch between msb and sbs. Regards

It took me half an hour to find back the squeezebox stuff on the improved Logitech site. They might have sent a mail to their customers explaining this move. Forum and Wiki now deep hidden as a footnote three leves deep under support. What a lousy web designer they hired! -- RudolfJan

Hi, I haven't been able to get the screen to stay on long enough to play and music. What I do know is that it after the screen has gone off it is not appearing as an available player on the web interface. Based on this, I don't think it's the screen. Any other ideas? -- arfond
