Any news on this topic? Since a few days i have the same issue.
Squeezebox turns on, displays station information but is silent.
Hitting the favorite button with the same station url starts to play
immediately.
No error logged in server.log
Ideas?

This is not an iPeng problem. I thought it was because I was only seeing
it iPeng, but this was just by chance (some of the LMS 7.8 imageproxy
images

Sorry, I'm using iPeng when using the iPad Dock. I inadvertently left
that out of the description.

So the NAD D7050 arrived and I've got it working a few ways:
- with the iPad Air plugged into the D7050 Dock via stock lightning
connector. LMS is installed on a win7 PC. This is the only way that I've
been able to play 24/96 material (at least I'm hearing the tracks; I
don't know if it's down sa

Thank you, I have found the offending software update and have deleted
it. I have also replaced my original Iomega drive with a G Technology
4Tb one and it's certainly quieter - not sure if it's going to be faster
as it also seems to go into "sleep" mode when not in use. Anyway, I

I was wondering wouldn't it be cool if the Squeezebox Server could
behave as a ChromeCast receiver. So that a user could use the default
Google Music App (or Spotify app once they support Chromecast) and
choose to cast it to the Squeezebox Server.

Also take a look in the tags for non-standard special characters, new
files may have www addresses, or tags with http:// linking to the
artists site, anything which isnt a normal A-Z alphanumeric character
seems to stop MIP analysing tracks.
