as it was fully running, scanner.exe kicked in. I then stopped the SqueezeCentre but the scanner.exe continued to run. I restarted SqueezeCentre and scanner.exe still continued to run. Thanks again for your continued help! David -- Vallier

completely - set the option to 0. You can then use the Rescan plugin to schedule a daily rescan at a convenient time. I take it the option they are referring to is the itunesscaninterval located in the .pm files? -- Vallier

Is there any way to turn off the autoscan? For a whole slew of reasons, I would prefer to scan my system manually. The autoscan takes a very long time and tends to soak up all of my CPU usage. -- Vallier Vallier's

Hello, Is there any way to have Slimserver NOT scan? The problem is, due to podcasts, etc,. everytime I turn on the computer, Slimserver starts the 25 minute scan. Can I set it so that I choose when to scan the system rather than it being an automated process? Many thanks, -- Vallier
