device. Even Pandora works flawless so far (I know
it's not supposed to, hope this is not a 'bug' ;))
Will report back if I run across any issues (none so far).

as big as
the facebook button (which I will probably never use :D). I'm referring
to the 3x4 widget btw, I haven't tested the other ones yet.
Last not least thanks for the great program and keep us updated on
what's new!

a playlist and I change songs using a different
remote or the web interface.
It would be nice if it was possible to switch the time display to
remaining time (by tapping it maybe?). Also, is there a way to pick the
player that is controlled by the widget?

to a network, it cannot be
closed by hitting back button (it just scans for network again). You
have to force close to exit.

They must not have been enforcing that until very recently then. I've
been listening to Pandora on my SBs for over a year using a free
account and never heard any ads until yesterday. I'm curious if they
would also start enforcing the 40hr/month limit on Squeezeboxes in the
future...

That's pretty much what it looks like on mine. Except my CLI port is
9090, are you sure yours is on 9002? Other than that I don't know. You
could download the source and use Qt SDK to debug into the problem, but
that of course requires some understanding of the internals...

it
starts up). I think it tries to open your default connection, so if
that's 3G/data it may not work. This is just a random guess though...

However, the app requires QT to work - I don't know how to install this

I can view the code through the website using empty user/pass. But it
won't let me check out the repository, that seems to require a valid
login. Tried my ovi login but it didn't work. I'll send you PM with my
ovi username.
Anyways big thanks for sharing with us!

thought a purely C++/Qt-based remote control
software would be a great idea because it could essentially work on all
platforms that are supported by Qt (of which there are a lot).
I'd love to take a look at your code, just let us know how we can
access it.
