Question:
I'm still not sure if the music library should be set to my music
directory path or leave it blank? Benefits either way? There are some
songs that I know MusicIP is not picking up and I like to play via SC.

Hi. I'm in heaven!!!
Music room is ROCKIN' with new Gallo Reference 3.1's! Connections are
transporter XLR to the Avalon, and RCA to Gallo SubAmp.
Home Theater is using the toslink into a Maestro M2e and Diva.
VERY HAPPY
control between the transporter and the music room amplifier.
For now I'll have to use the transporter volume control.

I have a full crestron system, including TPS-4L wall mount touchpanels,
a TPMC-10x in the kitchen, and sometime in the future a TPMC-4x remote
for the home theater.
Can anyone have experience on benefits of using crestron control versus
a web browser? I can do either. Thanks.

Found an answer (I think). Created the mp3/m4a playlist in iTunes. Then
in SS, I added the playist to the player and then used Save. Gave the
playlist a new name and then edited the playlist. Seems to work(?)

I'll try to maybe add the file into the play list using SlimServer after
SS picks up the iTunes playlist. Not sure if that will work (?)

I have an iTunes playlist with a mix of m4a and mp3 files. I'd like to
insert a few FLAC files at specific points in the playlist, but can't
get them to show up in iTunes. Suggestions on how to do this? Thanks!

Installed today's SlimServer Version: 6.5.1 - 10449 - Windows XP - EN -
cp1252. The m4a files will again not play.
I'm obviously going to revert back to 6.5.0. Clearly seems to be
isolated to a problem with 6.5.1
Ending up using iPOD and DLO dock, so at least the party worked.
I'll try the latest nightly and then call Support on Monday I guess.
Frustrating not to be able to access 80% of my library on my 4 SBs (1
SB1, 2 SBw, and 1 SB3).

I've downloaded the latest LAME and Player/Audio
settings say its working. I've checked and have the latest Quicktime
versions. Not sure where to go from here, but I'm losing time. I guess
I can always run the party playlists from my iPOD and DLO

about 1.5 hours away. Installed 384k DSL
there. I have an old SB1 sitting in a drawer. Is it possible (and
realistic sound quality) to hook it up at the lake house and stream
music from home? My current and fall back solution to get the same
music and playlists is an iPOD and DLO HomeDock.

I'm getting a 1GB RS-MMC card. Wonder if it's possible to store
album images on the card so it pulls those local rather than OTA.
Should be quicker?

Thanks, I should be ok based on this chart. I ran CAT5 to one of the SB2
this weekend, the other one I can't get a wire to very easily. Still
hoping to sort out this issue with audio drops

Re: bug 1278. Progress is being made, but no fix yet. I have a hack file
that allows me to play my playlists, but without it I'm "DOA" since 90%
of what we listen to is Playlists. Lots of testing been going on, so
hopefully it'll get fixed
have you gotten your playlists to show up? I'm having the same problem.
I have a party this weekend end don't want to have to recreate my
playlist (1000+ songs - played on random)
