[slim] Problem with SB3 analog output...

All of a sudden today the output of my SB3 stopped working... :( I have tried different sources including another SB3 and the rest of the system works fine. If I turn the volume all the way up I can hear the music very faintly. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?? -- rtate

, but I have to turn my preamp up to the 3 o'clock position befor I can hear anything where as before I only went up to about 9-10 o'clock and it was plenty loud. Still looking for solutions -- rtate -

Just as a follow up , as a last resort I did a clean install of the SBS and now everything works as it should. So I guess in hindsight I must of had something messed up in the player settings Anyways thanks for all the help !!! -- rtate

[slim] Softsqueeze setting question...

[slim] Should I update from Squeeze center to Logitech media server ??

So I had a hard drive failure and lost my squeeze center and softsqueeze programs I know they were older versions but they worked perfectly fine for what i needed. So now that i have to download new veresions ,I'm wodering if I should make the jump to the logitech media server and a newer squeeze

hmmm... some of my tagging is questionable so maybe I shoud stick to an older version ? Looking at the download area there sure seems to be alot of versions to choose from. you would think that the bugs would have been worked out a long time ago... --

I have media server on my desktop and a couple of sb3's around the house. I would like to use my i-phone 5 to control one of the SB3's but don't know how or whats required? COuld someone please help me ? Thanks rtate's Pro

ok so I downloaded the free app for now to sii if I can get it working then I will purchase the full app. I can now see my 2 SB3's and their current playlist and it updates when the songs change, but I can't change the songs from the app? I should be able to right ? -

So the ipeng party is not what I'm looking for. will the regular ipeng app allow me to play different songs from my music folder, stop/start and change volume ? Those are the kinds of functions that I'm looking for... rtate
