Hi everyone.
Would anyone be kind enough to take a look at these logs to point me in

OK - that one is the Boom (which is wireless)
I have previously tried just syncing the two wired SB3's and the skips

Thank you for your patience sorry for the delay in responding, my

the players (source and power) - although in this scenar

Which brings us nicely back to the request in my first post - I don't
actually know what the default settings are.
I'm going to have to assume that the settings that I discovered from the
virtual machine insta

Yeah, same. I wanted to eliminate wifi from the equation.
I appears that I can sync players and power without issue - I don't
bother with volume.
I only seem to get the problem when I

Hi BPA. Thank you for your reply, but you misunderstand me. I installed
SqueezeServer and the two instances of SoftSqueeze on a virtual machine
ok - So I downloaded 7.6.1 and installed it on a virtual machine. This
I did purely to get to a defauilt installation of SqueezeServer.
I then also ran up two instances of SoftSqueeze

This is my current setup:
Dell tower, Pentium 4 @ 3.06ghz, 2GB RAM.
Squeezebox Server Version: 7.6.1 (Yes, I know it's a couple of versions
behind, but I wanted to try and fix the issue that I'm about to describe
before upgrading)
Kitchen: Boom - wireless
Lounge: SB3 classic - ethernet via 100

Such as basic error on my part - I can't believe I missed this....
Thank

Do I have a faulty Bedroom unit?
Are the wireless signal and network tests within expected tolerances?
Is there anyway I can factory reset the Bedroom player? Is this the

this appears to have started at about the same time...
I'm thinking that SB server is screwed... what is the best way of
removing the server end software, re-installing and making it start
from scratch, if indeed that is the best course of action?
Many thanks for your continued inte

n a few of SBs for many
years, but this is really getting on my pip.
It does seem to mainly be one SB that displays the issue.
I'll take a look at the file types as per one of the first posts.
Thanks for all of your help so far.
