SqueezePad 1.9.7 is available now on the AppStore
Is can be seen in the version number, its a bugfix release addressing
some of the currently reported issues:
- on large collections the indexbar in the menu sometimes disappeared.
This has been fixed

SqueezePad 1.9.6 is available now.
It focusses on improving the overall stability.
- better performance of album view: users with larger libraries
(>=40.000 tracks) reported, that with the Retina release the album
view got a bit slow (even after caching the list) - on rare occasions

SqueezePad 1.9.5 is available on the AppStore now.
While version 1.9.4 was the first version to really support Retina
resolution, in this version I had to focus on the parts which didn't
take too long to implement to make you happy with your new iPad. Now
some more time has passed and I have been

Hi Trev,
I'm not sure I do understand your problem yet :)
When the keyboard opens for a search field, on the right hand side
there should be a "Send" button on the keyboard.
So just enter the word and hit 'Send' ?
Could you make a screenshot otherwise (hold the power button and the
home button
Hi Bluegaspode,
I bought my wife an ipad for Christmas, and to make it a
more enjoyable present I downloaded Squeezepad. Excellent app, but need
help with one small issue.
Using Napster,if I try to use the "search" function, the
keyboard pops up as it should, and I type in the artist/track/album I
iPeng works with 7.3.3 but I would also not recommend it, and some
functionality will be missing.
I like 7.7.1 quite well, it's a pretty stable release unless you try to
use iTunes artwork integration or have weird tags and use a Mac. But
that's kind of the same level of issues 7.3.3 has, too.

Thanks, I've hung on to 7.3.3 for so long as it was the last version
where the Player via headphone jack worked well with the Controller.
Now that you (and iPeng) have enabled playback I guess it might be time
to upgrade (but I'm very afraid!)
Cheers,

Hi Rick,
As of the App description SqueezePad officially only supports version
7.4 to 7.7 of the server.
While SqueezePad sort of also works with 7.3.x , context menus
Hi, blugaspode. Got the latest version and can't seem to get the
"Context Menu" to work. On your site you say:
"A long touch on a menu item, the big coverart or a playlist entry
brings up the context-menu."
Doesn't seem to work. A long touch on the cover art only gives me the
title of the song t

version this only worked for the first 10 minutes)

The solution is to use the arrow icon at the upper right to view web
pages in Safari, with more screen real estate and a larger font.

I was skeptical of the Web searching function, but found that I often
use it, mostly with Wikipedia as the default service.
Very cool indeed.
Yes, the font is extremely small. As you say, it may be difficult to
find a workaround for this problem, but I hope that one can be
implemented in time.
version 1.9.2 of SqueezePad was released to the AppStore some minutes
ago.
It's a minor release with the following enhancements:
- the browser feature now uses google.com rather than google.de on
artist searches for all non-german users
- support for CustomBrowse menus with three lines

How big is the chance there to find information about most of the music

Did some test searches and it didn't provide good results with my

Don't you think that for the more unknown bands the normal Google
