Thanks for the advice!
A new linear power supply made the noise disappear. Unfortunately, I
won't be able to change to a grounded connection for the Nait.

I just used an 100 Ohm resistor to couple my ground to earth in my power
amplifiers. This should be enough for static. I also added a 100nf
capacitor in parallel. Works like a charm and all humming is gone.

You're obviously not in the UK.
The Nait should be grounded through the mains lead - the ground is
connected to the metal chassis and provides a safety earth in the event
of an internal fault making the metalwork live. Maybe if you're on 110V
this isn't considered necessary ...
If you can, I wo
Nothing else is connected to the Nait. Also, the power cable to the Nait
is connected to an un-grounded outlet (only have grounded outlets in the
kitchen/bathroom).

What else do you have connected to the Nait?
The SB3 has no ground and Naim systems expect a signal ground to mains
earth connection in the CDP.

There is a NAIM forum at www.naim-audio.com and you may get the best
help there.
However, I've been running all NAIM gear with an SB3 (with stock psu
and Elpac psu) and then a Transporter and have never experienced any
humming or ground loop problems. I think there are a couple of others
