It seems that if I do a factory reset & connect to SqueezeNetwork (Radio
1) first & not SlimServer it works fine but, as soon as I connect to
SlimServer the silence returns...
Is there any debug I can turn on that might help?

When a song is 'Now Playing' in the Fishbone skin the duration bar only
ever gets about 1/8 of the way across then restarts from the begining
again

All firewalls disabled and still no good, I'm hardwired in now and the

If the test tone plays then your hardware is OK. Look for a firewall
issue, or perhaps something on the server side that is preventing it
from opening files or something. Also try SqueezeNetwork.

That the spectrum analyzer shows a flatline would imply that it isnt the
audio output... I would suspect something like a firewall on your
server. If the SB can't connect to grab the music stream it will do
something like what you describe: the server -thinks- the SB is playing
but the SB knows b
Just an update on this, I've tried pressing the power button and
pressing 3, an annoying tone can be heard for ages until I power the
unit off, I've also tried programming xilinx by pressing 1. Still no
sound from the SB2
