With all channels. I tried resetting everything and still the same. The
graphics show up but no sound and that error. I wonder if it has to do
with that it is a 30 day trial I got with subscribing with my vehicle? I
have used them before with success. I have contacted support.

Anyone having any problems with Sirius/Xm? I am getting this message:
SIRIUS ERROR: unable to retrieve channel Info. (Unrecognized error code)
This is on my two Duets using my squeezebox and LMS. Thanks!
Is this with any channel or just some specific channels?

working ok for me on transporter and boom (same technology as duet).

Just an update: my trouble with Sirius/XM seems to have sorted itself.
It's working just fine now. No idea what the problem was, or how it
righted itself. So if anybody having a similar problem happens across
this thread, I'm sorry but I don't have any answers. Didn't work for a

Can anyone please detail the steps I have to take to switch from "Not So
sirius" to the Logitech Sirius/XM app? Tried and tried, but can't get

Your support request probably got this fixed...thanks! Scores are
showing up correctly onscreen on my squeezebox classic for the MLB games
but not the NFL preseason games. Same for you? Maybe they'll show up
once we hit the regular season.

Actually found the XM thread after I posted here. I also sent in a
support request, but I don't know that this had anything to do with it.

There is something strange going on with the NFL play-by-play channels.
I am using the squeezebox app to my Squeezebox Touch. When I tune a NFL
station, I am getting baseball. When I try to access the same channel
with my iPhone Sirius XM app, I get the right game. Any thoughts? Any
way to get the

Is there a way to get it to play. The software app seems to load and I
see programing, but the Squeezebox displays "Unable to play file type
for". No music. Works fine on my duet. Just not on original.

Yes, I did enter the username and password given by Sirius for the
temporary subscription when the App was installed at mysbox.
