Can happen in a random playlist if you have such files .
Will a factory reset affect plugin or applets, or any other settings?

Just had a very loud burst of static on my Touch while playing Flac from

Yes I've experienced this and it's really freaky. It's like a 5 second
burst of mind numbing white noise and digital glitch. If I had
