Apologies for piling in on this thread. I have a second hand SB Boom
which needs unlinking from a old email account. I would PM you but as a
new forum user I'm not yet allowed to PM. I'm hoping that posting a few
replies will fix that for me.

I think the player is immediately reconnecting back to MySB.com

New owner must Factory Reset it. After reset. at power up it will
ask to keep current registration or add new one.
You cannot delete a player on MySB.com that is actively connected to
MySB.com. Select Disconnect then Delete Player. At next power up the
Radio will offer the same account op

I factory reset before shipping it out. I checked and its still showing
up and I can see what hes listening
