depends on libgcc3.3 and would not load on one of my systems until I
updated gcc from 3.2.3 to 3.3.4
The rest of OOo-2.0 worked fine with the old libraries.

However, all the beta versions, including 1.9.125 do convert, with no
intermediate steps. I'm sure that has been retained in the new 2.0.
