there's still a .lock file within your OOo user profile. Just delete it
and you should be fine.

I am getting the same problem with 2.0.4 RC1. I also can not find
anything about fixing this bug in IZ.
Can somebody shed some light? Or should I just file issue?
I would dearly love a theme or display option that allows you to easily
seperate out lines in Calc a bit like old printer paper or the iTunes window.
At the moment I just manually colour every other line light blue, but the
formatting isn't fixed.

I assume that means assert-or-throw exception, we never should leave
the program without calling the signal handler, except when we know for
sure that it can't work anyway. abort sounds a little bit like exit
and that's bad[TM].
IIRC, it was discussed to really abort here -
