Writer's Notes can be viewed as Comments in Word, and vice versa, so
there is already that level of compatibility.
The notes in Writer currently show up as tiny yellow rectangles. To
view the text, you must hover over the yellow rectangle, or use the
Navigator. Work is going on to improve this
