I just stumbled across the following: In default settings heading size is defined as follows: Heading 1: +115% Heading 2: 14pt Heading 3: 14pt Heading 4: 85% Heading 5: 85% Heading 6: 75% Heading 7: 75% ... i.e. all are in percent, only heading 2 and 3 are in typographical points. Is this done
