I can't claim worlds of experience with CF carts, but I just implemented a
site using Quill Design's Site Director, and it was a pleasure. Works great
out of the box. Exceptional clean, modular code that's well-commented. Very,
very quick response on e-mail support by the developer, Paul Giesenhag

question about the files being created: I
don't think any content management system
would dynamically create code and then execute
it, just to display a piece of content. I'd
say that would be a very expensive operation

I actually used Drupal's db schema to port a Drupal/PHP website to run on
ColdFusion
Uses alot of tables tho.

I have an MSDE version of SQL 2000 and 2005 Express running on my laptop.
I will start the 2000 server and then get into my DTS stage. As long as you
know port and server location, you can connect a SQL data source connection
from 2000 to 2005.

1. the project I am on already uses an SQL Server database. The express
version is just for the dev version on my laptop.
2. I'm very familiar with SQL Server and have a few years experience using
