Thanks for your suggestion.
I´ve added the whole project to the PYTHONPATH under
project->properties->PYTHONPATH->Add source folder
And now it works!
I had to solve an additional error, the app couldn´t find my
"templates" dir.
When running the server on eclipse, it threw an error
