spam, ads and google: I have only seen ADs from Gmail [but I figured out how too avoid them]. I never get SPAM email. I don't use google search [I use duckduckgo.com with deterministic searches; no history taint]. I use a combination of Ublock Origin [Firefox addon] and a large /etc/hosts
