Hi, Zhu,
Thank you for the mail.
I have noticed that my account needs to belong to the organization to make
Travis CI work normally.
So, I must get permission from the admin of the organization cpython.
Can anyone permission me?
Thanks.

Hi, All
I don't know why, but no Japanese Python documentation has been built.
The python-docs-ja repository has been updated, so I think there is
something else wrong.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Hi Wey-Han,
A language team can have multiple coordinators.
A coordinator may add coordinators.
If it failed, I can do it instead.

Dear Doc SIG members, oon and Julien,
sorry for the very late response.
As Julien mentioned, files named "0" (0.pot, 0.po, etc) were created
due to the change of the Sphinx command option "-D gettext_compact=0"
behavior.

Hi Julien,
perhaps can you understand the reasons that the link "Documentation" on the
head of the top page leads 404 pages?

This trouble occurs all language documentation except English.

Hi, all
I wonder why 26 members belong to the ko_KR team, while 68 members belong
to the Korean team.
IMHO, It is more efficient to gather on one side, and I want to merge the
two teams.
Let me know when you have some suggestions, reasons, and comments.
Thanks.

Hi, everyone
Now, Python 3.9.0 beta1 has released, so translators would start the
translation project for Python 3.9.0.
In order to preserve translation history, the project "Python" will keep
its name and role,
so that the newer project "Python" stores original and translated sentences

Great, thanks!

Hi all,
I have a suggestion about toctree depth of index pages,
such as "Python Setup and Usage."
Since Python documentation is hard to grasp items listed on index pages,
only items located at top and second level in toctree would be shown
in order to mitigate burden of reading the documentation.
d confusion.

Yes, I agree.
I deleted all translators and coordinator from the fr team (the team
originally has no reviewers).
Additionally, I remove French languages from all not archived project (such

Does the word "drop" mean delete the fr team from Transifex projects of

Hi,
Sorry for late replaying.
Sphinx now has the option "smartquotes_excludes" in conf.py that
disable smartquotes
directly.
This option might be better, because this enables more detailed and
straightforward configuration.
Please refer to the documentation [1].

For both projects, source strings are already updated,
and some translation strings are registered from Translation Memory.
So you can start translating at this very moment!
