First: A preface can't come before a book. I tried anyway, but Saxon gives
an error message and looking at the DocBook Hierarchy, it appears
must be nested in something like . Thought of using , but if I am

FWIW:
FOP 0.20.3RC no longer uses the fo-patch-for-fop.xsl stylesheet. It causes
an error if the patch is applied. However I don't see a difference in the
output at all and "property - "linefeed-treatment" is not implemented yet"
is still there.

i'm using docbbok.dsl in print directory for formatting the rtf output.
here is the sample.dsl

I have to find a spellchecking solution for users that are
familiar with MS Word, to apply to DocBook SGML (later XML)
document instances. Right now either the SGML source is
spellchecked in Word, or the RTF rendering is, with the
changes being transferred into the SGML. The ideal solution

via a driver file.
