This message comes from a re-installed System. I have a new motherboard
that is UEFI and a SATA2PATAconverter for the hard disk.
Initially I just installed Kubuntu 14.04 64 bit over it's predecessor
which was Kbuntu 14.04 32bit on a BIOS system, and it nearly worked but

Accounts), then each user has a personal entry below that.

be fair game for the installer to overwrite with updated versions.
I am unable to upgrade Ubuntu 13.10 to 14.04. I get a consistent error
when the upgrade manager is trying to "calculate the changes". I have
logged the problem (See:
