I installed all-new server postfix+amavis+dovecot and pigeonhole.
Clients, thunderbird and roundcube creates sieve scripts ok and changed
ones are seen by eatch other, so server at 4190 accepts the scripts and
ensure they are created.
But filters onto new mail isn't applied. Exam
I've been trying to compile the latest version of dovecot-antispam, and it
doesn't work, the latest patch fixes compilation for dovecot versions
greater than 2.1.16 but the packaged version in debian is 2.1.7 and doesn't
provide the DOVECOT_PREREQ macro.
It seems there are some solutions:
1) Rollb
ng a fixed layout, so I might use a solution based on
creating hardlinks, changing configuration, and then remove the original
paths...
Still I haven't tested this...
Will post what I have in the future..

The only solution I found was to use IMAP protocol to read from
sdbox and write as mdbox.
Dsync was NOT a solution at all. Sorry about

(well, now 2.0.10 since today) in production without problems
* Sdbox
is using far too much I/O on a busy server, I had to switch to mdbox

Mdbox is running well so far, and resources (IO or CPU) are not an issue
anymore.

However, how to solve the dsync bugs (1 - wrong size in the m.
files, 2 - errors when converting large mailboxes) ? How can I help on
