off, of course. That is how it's going on sh***y controllers. For some
controllers, firmware upgrade will add JBOD, for some you need to flash
IT firmware, for some you can switch to HBA mode.
But anyway - use HBA or GOOD RAID controller.

OP for hijacking this thread.
Are you sure, your operating system's SSL library (OpenSSL or whatever)
supports TLS 1.0?

Hi!
Before I had 2.2.25 and returned result was:
* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE
IDLE STARTTLS AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN] Dovecot ready.
a BAD Missing ')'
now I upgraded to 2.2.36.4 and the result is the same.

IMHO, it's distributions(package maintainers) area of responsibility to
create proper package install/upgrade scripts.

such small disks pretends to be a mailserver). It's just connection

You can also setup web server to handle auth for particular domain or
use certbot's standalone auth, but in that case, 80 or 443 port must be
free to allow certbot's temporary web server to run on that port.

Great! Seems to be working fine for my usage and makes my configs 50%
smaller (which is gigantic improvement). Will do more testing though.
Thanks!
A little bit offtopic, but what is the point of using imap/pop SNI? All
clients want to connect to their own domain or what?

couple of new debs on them I would not hesitate trying a newer
dovecot version.
Thank you.
If you have a huge multi node system, then you need to have testing
system also. It's easy to compile Dovecot by yourself and make deb
packages, if needed.

ou've denied TLS.
No client would need to be made aware of the "secret" ${NOTLSPOP3PORT}, and in
fact, the firewall would continue to DROP packets sent to it from elsewhere if
you have a default-deny policy in effect.

If you're just changing port, better use REDIRECT target.
