John,
I'm speculating, but one reason for this may be that Javascript is disabled for
your browser. There's a bit of javascript in the temporary file you're seeing

this would probably be a symptom.

It's a security breach. Script in one
window/frame can't access properties of a separate window/frame if the domain's

var newWindow =
window.open("", "testWindow",
"width=300,height=300"); newWindow.opener =

Jim,
You can also disable the searches you don't use by unchecking the checkbox
in the help window. DQSD won't recognize the words as searches, and will
just treat them as regular words (and search for them with google).

Robert,
Any chance you could zip up your DQSD install
directory and post it to the list? It appears as though it may be related
to installing over the previous version.
Thanks,

That jsenc search/function simply is way cool. It will be in the next release,

Minimize all your windows, grab the handle/shoe/gripper thingy, then drag it to
your desktop. It should float the window on the desktop. Right-click on the
title bar of the floating toolbar and there's an 'Always On Top' menu item if
you're interested.

Jeff,
What version are you using? As John said, the delete and arrow keys should
work by default, in fact I don't think there's a way to turn them off.
