I'd use epoxy in the center and RTV around the edge, but not close to it so
it doesn't flow outside the edges of the logo plate.**It's Tax

An excellent idea!
That stuff is soft when it goes on, doesn't dry right away so I get a chance
to position it correctly and adheres to almost any surface.
