This week I purchased an T4XB, R4B, AC4, MS4. All in nice shape, but could use a little clean up! What do you recommend for dirty switches etc..? Also the place I bought them from had a W4 wattmeter for 75 ? and an FS4 for $595 (kinda high I thought) The T4XB puts out about 140 watts

[drakelist] Mike element for Shure 444?

I recently purchased a TR-4C and shure microphone. The TR-4C worked great after some alignemnt and cleaning of 1 khz shift relay contacts. The rig works great on cw but mike doesn't work - rig keys up but no audio.I am assuming the TR-4C is working properly, so it must be the mike element.

I have gone through and swapped all tubes but the finals and the 6ej7 which I don't have. I still have on sideband that is higher than the other in tonal quality won't adjust out using C-130. Sensitivitynot seems ok - I have made cw contacts on 40, 20 and 15 with good report about 190 to 200
