In my previous resonse regarding the white diffuser replacement I probably
was not clear regarding the link I posted and the product made by
EZ Quilting by Wrights. They make a mylar sheet that is 12" x 18" that is
used for pattern making. This mylar sheet comes in various colors and is
excellent

I have a sheet of this in Blue and White that make good replacements. I

What about cutting a piece of glass then sand blasting it to create a fresnal
lens? Sounds crazy but it just might work.

ground plastic. The only material that I have been able to come up with that
passed light well enough is plastic For Sale, Garage Sale, etc signs. You don't

I picked up a Drake T-4XB at a local hamfest that has a cracked white dial
diffuser. I still have a couple of the blue filter replacement kits from
WA9TGT, but those kits did not include the white diffuser. I see that KG9BV is
now selling the blue filter replacement kits
