strings.h vs string.h

I've found a few places where strings.h is included. When I use some versions of the gcc complier I get a 'file not found' error. I changed some to string.h and the compile is working ok. The files I changed were t_vp_build.c and main/texenvprogram.c. Should these be string.h or st
