Hi José ,
I am sorry, I think my inquiry was not clear enough, I need to know the
number of the restricted files and open files that are related to a
collections' items.

Hi José ,
Thank you so much for your reply, what I want is not public or private,
this field discover-able will show me if the item is private or public, but
what I want is if it's a restricted item or an open item, for more details
please
I am encountering the same issue. Did you determine the cause?

Hi,
Make a join between the tables: community, collection, item and your
associations.
Filter the column "discoverable = false" the item's table, to recover the
privated itens.

Hello Rakhi,
you need to upload some tabular data to an item, please see
https://github.com/4Science/DSpace/blob/dspace-5_x_x-cris/dspace/config/modules/ckan.cfg#L6
for the list of accepted formats and run the ckan upload curation task

Hello Andrea,
Thanks for the response. I have setup CKAN as described in links and have
also configured the integration (
https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACECRIS/CKAN+integration). Now how to
upload files and check if things are working properly or not?
Kind guide. Thank you so much
On Wed,
