We have a parsing problem when ingesting documents to our repository via
sword interface. The strange thing is that It was working properly until
last week and we are sure we haven't change anything in the installation.

use of Ephorus (plagiarism prevention)

I guess Ephorus requires crawler access
or something like that - Is this possible
(and at all recommended) in DSpace?

see that the first line has the following:

however it seems to worked (no errors) but when login into dspace and go

I haven't looked at this for a while but I'm pretty sure these aren't
java classes that are called by the dsrun utility. Instead they are
executables which are run directly like:
[dspace-installation-directory]/bin/stat-initial
