Hello
I'm facing the migration from 1.6.2 to 1.8.2 ...
We have a custom authentication method implemented and, with the

1) to build jspui and others, pointing to a dspace.cfg with the full
stack of authentication methods

Hi
Ahmed,
It looks like one of your Item AIPs doesn't have a dc.title metadata
field. DSpace currently requires that all Items have some sort of title.
If you look in your dspace logs, it should tell you which Item AIP
doesn't have a Title. I'm not sure how this could have happened, unless

Sophie,
I've never tried this before, but it looks like PubMed supports OAI-PMH
harvesting, so you should be able to configure DSpace to harvest content
from PubMed via OAI-PMH. Here's the details from the PubMed website:

There is no way to harvest for a specific institution (publications affiliated
to one institution), right? I looked at the PubMed instructions and it looks
like their sets are defined by Publishers.
Here is my testing result:

Sorry. Maybe I should make it clearer:
PubMed has a field called Affiliation.

I can get the results by querying the website, but I don't know how to harvest

Sophie,
I'll admit, I'm not really an OAI-PMH expert. But, at a glance, I don't
think PubMed provides any way to filter by an institution.
This is based on looking at the OAI examples:

On that page, it looks like PubMed provides Sets, but
I'm running into the same problems described below, I don't see an
answer to this question. Any ideas or guidance appreciated.
Is there a separate java upload limit in addition to the limit expressed
in dspace.cfg?
thanks

Hi Ahmed,
When running the AIP ingestor/restore process, you should see lines like
the following in your dspace.log file:
1) Each time an AIP is read parsed, you should see a line like:
