[Dspace-tech] DSpace 4.1 upgrade - can't delete

Hi, I am not able to delete items in my (upgraded) DSpace v4.1 system using JSPUI and SOLR Discovery/Browse/Search. This was an upgrade via data migration from our existing PROD DSpace v1.6 system onto a new server running DSpace v4.1. The migration was carried out by “pg_dump”ing the data on
