I have made a sample import of data in dspace 4.2 using the dspace command
line tool (not a huge number of records, just around 300 for educational
purposes).
The problem I have with some of the items is that - although the items are
actually created in the repository and you can reach them -,

So org.dspace.utils.servlet.DSpaceWebappServletFilter is the java class
supposed to manage all petitions? Why if I put a print in that class it
never shows up?

First of all, Have you tried XMLUI's advanced search page
([URL]/dspace/discover). This does not solve your problem?
If it doesn't, i believe that SOLR queries may be your solution.
Even inside Dspace's graphic APIs (XMLUI and JSPUI) SOLR is used to
search for items.

repository,where user is presented with three search parameters, that may be
ORed, ANDed, NOTed together.
Can anyone help me to do it? I am not finding any clue to do it.

I have several backup file of dspace backup and i have to import backup in
new setup due to harddisk crash but my latest sql file is not showing some
message on screen and it does not disply community, collection item when i
