change occurs in the workflow, up and to including Archiving. I'm not
familiar enough with DSpace customisation to know whether this is
possible - can someone please advise ?
Thanks in Advance,

Peter,
Thank you very much - this is exactly our use case, i.e. we would like
to generate coversheets on the fly. (FWIW - I would think this feature
is something that should be in DSpace core.)
Thanks very much for writing it up and putting it on github - I'll setup
a dev environm
We would like to add a watermark and/or annotations to PDFs that are
downloaded on the fly. As an example, any paper that you download from
the Physics Archive (arxiv.org) has some annotations - e.g.:

(In particular, note the download date and arXiv reference

If anyone could assist me with this it would be appreciated.

Could someone please step me through the change(s) needed to (I presume)

I've received a helpful reply (posted below), which has helped me out

Have tried a few times on this server, and I don't have any NFS mounts
etc whereby there could be old (cached) files, so am perplexed...

Many thanks to helix84 and Hilton for letting me kno
Hi,
Apologies if this is a well known query but I'm new to DSpace and
haven't yet spotted the answer online.
I have a new test instance of DSpace version 1.8.2 up and running but
only get content if I connect to the server with "xmlui" on the end of
the URL, i.e.:
http://serverfqdn:8080/xmlui/
Hi,
We are running DSpace v1.8.1 and are having a problem whereby a large
amount of output (approximately 400MB per day) is being written to
catalina.out. A sample line is as follows:
INFO: [search] webapp=/solr path=/select
params={sort=score+desc&wt=javabin&rows=10&version=2&start=0&q=*:*&fq=s
