beginning of the log) which look like this:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection refused. Check that the
hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting
TCP/IP connections.

Could you also check to see what errors are reported in your DSpace log
files? Those files should be located at:
[dspace.dir]/log/dspace.log.[date]
Where "dspace.dir" is configured in your dspace.cfg file.
Based on what you've reported, it definitely looks like the database
migration process

showing "HTTP Status 404 - /jspui" I am unable to update database schema.
