To the best of my knowledge, yes. The apple service manual seems to
hint they are the same part.
Just for giggles, a 280 screen does work on a 270c motherboard.

I don't change my email address lightly. They are really well aware of the problem,
because there are thousands that have been affected by this problem. Check out the
newsgroups on this.
Does anyone know how to get an HP jet printer driver that works with a 2300c?
I can't get their driver to find the port. Is this a shared port? If so, I
suppose their driver doesn't know about them. What can I do?
