[Duo2400] 128 bit browser?

Is anyone on this list aware of a browser that supports 128 bit encryption that will run on our 68k duos? I have a 280c that I was hoping to use to do some online banking but my bank requires 128 bit security while Netscape 4.08 only has 40 bit encryption. Thanks in advance Scott Hughey 280c

convenient for working with various file types. You can open/save documents in almost any file type you'll encounter from MacWrite to Word 6 and such. I really enjoy getting some use out of these older computers as well. My 280c is just starting to come into its own with online banking! Haha!
